Job summary

San Joaquin College of Law is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Associate to keep the campus clean, safe, and welcoming for students, staff and visitors. The role includes custodial work, floor care, minor repairs, and assisting with event setups.

Work hours are 5:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday–Friday with occasional night/weekend adjustments for events. The position offers full‑time benefits and growth opportunities within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in custodial practices and facilities maintenance.
• Ability to perform industrial cleaning tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial tasks across classrooms, hallways, kitchens and restrooms.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, stock supplies, and manage waste.
• Maintain floors with sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Set up classrooms and event spaces as needed.
• Inspect facilities and report health or safety issues promptly.
• Assist with minor repairs and exterior upkeep.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and store supplies properly.
