Job summary

Front Porch Towers in San Francisco seeks a Maintenance Assistant/Janitor to keep facility spaces clean and orderly under supervision. The role covers cleaning, restocking, event setup, and light maintenance across campus and residential areas.

The position is full-time with benefits; requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 3 months of prior work experience, with janitorial experience preferred. Comprehensive benefits are offered.

• Ability to perform janitorial duties and light lifting.

Responsibilities

• Clean windows, wash walls, move furniture, hang pictures and mirrors, sweep, scrub, wax, polish floors.
• Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, restrooms, corridors, elevators and other work areas.
• Restock supplies in restrooms and kitchenettes; gather and empty trash.
• Set up and take down tables and chairs for events as needed.
• Report equipment or facility maintenance needs to supervisor.
