Responsibilities

• Inspect the building, grounds, and equipment to identify safety hazards and maintenance needs.

• Assist with moving furniture and setting up or breaking down rooms.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility; sweep, mop, and trash removal.
• Monitor inventory of maintenance supplies and report needs to supervisor.

We are seeking a reliable and hands‑on Maintenance Associate to help maintain the safety, cleanliness, and overall functionality of our facility in Woburn, MA. The ideal candidate is a dependable team player with strong problem‑solving skills who can perform routine maintenance, assist with repairs, and ensure the building and grounds remain in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect the building, grounds, and equipment to identify safety hazards, damage, or maintenance needs.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs to HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Complete routine maintenance tasks, including replacing light bulbs, repairing leaky faucets, and addressing general building issues.
• Assist with moving furniture and setting up or breaking down rooms and spaces as needed.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the facility, including sweeping, mopping, and removing trash.
• Assist with groundskeeping and seasonal maintenance, including lawn care, hedge trimming, and snow removal.
• Follow all established health, safety, and facility maintenance procedures.
• Monitor and maintain an inventory of maintenance supplies, tools, and materials.
• Report safety concerns, equipment malfunctions, and supply needs to the supervisor promptly.
• Support additional maintenance and facility‑related tasks as assigned.
