Stellar Health Group is seeking a reliable Maintenance Associate to help maintain the safety, cleanliness, and functionality of our Woburn facility. You will perform routine maintenance, assist with repairs, and ensure the building and grounds remain in excellent condition.

Qualifications

• Prior maintenance or facilities experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of building maintenance (plumbing, electrical, HVAC).
• Ability to use common maintenance tools safely.
• Reliable, organized, able to work alone or with a team.
• Able to perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving objects.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the building, grounds, and equipment to identify safety hazards and maintenance needs.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs to HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Complete routine maintenance tasks such as replacing bulbs and fixing leaks.
• Assist with moving furniture and setting up or breaking down rooms.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility; sweep, mop, and trash removal.
• Monitor inventory of maintenance supplies and report needs to supervisor.
