Job summary

Stellar Health Group is seeking a Maintenance Associate to inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment, and to troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems to keep our facilities safe and functional. You will perform routine maintenance and assist with the setup and breakdown of events, ensuring timely repairs and clean, well-maintained properties.

You will also help with daily cleaning, landscape tasks, and adherence to health and safety standards, while maintaining repair supply

Responsibilities

• Assist in the inspection of buildings, grounds, and equipment for unsafe or malfunctioning conditions
• Troubleshoot and repair issues with HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, fixing leaky faucets, etc.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of events, including moving and arranging furniture
• Conduct minor building, HVAC, plumbing and electrical repairs
• Assist with the daily cleaning of the facilities, including sweeping, mopping and trash removal
• Help with landscape maintenance, including mowing grass, trimming hedges and shoveling snow
• Follow all health and safety regulations and practices on every job
• Maintain inventory of repair supplies and materials
• Communicate with supervisors about unsafe conditions, damaged equipment or supplies needed
