New Vista is seeking a Maintenance Associate to perform repairs on buildings and furniture, manage grounds maintenance, and assist in various shop tasks. Responsibilities include drywall work, painting, and moving furniture as needed to support residents and staff.
The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass background and drug screening. Candidates should be reliable and service-minded to support the organization’s mission.

The Maintenance Associate will assist in repairs to buildings and furniture, doors, windows, walls, floors, ceilings, roofs. Maintaining facility grounds, to include mowing and weed eating, picking up debris on a daily basis, and trimming. Responsible for moving furniture for offices and homes. Will complete drywall installation and repair in addition to painting duties. Assist in other shops and perform other duties as deemed necessary by supervisor.
