New Vista KY in Louisville seeks a dedicated supervisor to lead Direct Support Professionals in Hazelwood ICF. You will ensure client safety, enforce treatment plans, and coordinate daily activities to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

This is a full-time position, days and hours of work are typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Occasional flex hours, evening and/or weekend work may be required.
This is a supervisory position. This position directly supervises the Shift Supervisors and is the second-line supervisor of Direct Support Professionals.
This job typically operates in a work space on a unit with a moderate level of noise.
