This is a full time position (40 hours per week) Employee will work a rotating schedule (including weekends) as needed to provide direct support and supervision of clients. As this is a residential setting, employees are assigned shifts. Employee must be able to flex hours and work at least 8 hours per day with no restrictions to meet the needs of facility. Employee must be able to work mandatory OT as necessary to meet the needs of facility.
