Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience as a maintenance associate in a commercial environment.
• Experience with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing is needed.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Providing extraordinary services to residents.

• Completing work orders and performing maintenance tasks.
