Job Description:

The Shop/Maintenance Associate is part of the team behind the scenes that make memorable moments come to life. As a Shop/Maintenance Associate, you inspect different equipment and perform basic repairs or preventative maintenance on equipment and the building when required. The associate ensures work is performed safely and that the work area is organized and clean to meet Bright operation standards. Additional responsibilities may be assigned to support projects and other departments.

About You:

• Proven maintenance experience
• Highly skilled with various hand and power tools
• Familiarity with building maintenance, equipment repair, and safety compliance
• Self-motivated, willing to take initiative, and a team player
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Licensed electrician and carpentry skills are a plus

Your Contributions to the Bright Team:

• Inspect Bright products for quality and make repairs as needed
• Perform basic building maintenance
• Assist with tasks such as painting, sanding, assembling, welding
• Use hand and power tools safely
• Maintain a clean work area by following procedures, rules, and regulations
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE at all times

Physical Demands and Abilities:

• Open availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime
• Lift up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation
• Stand/walk for 8-10 hours; frequently push, pull, squat, bend, reach
• Use of hand and power tools; bending, stooping, lifting, climbing stairs, carrying, walking, reaching
• Visual requirements include close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and focus
