Position Overview

We are seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician. In this role, you will be part of a skilled team supporting production by ensuring equipment is operational to meet production goals and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, replace, install, adjust, and maintain mechanical equipment in the plant.
2. Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and troubleshoot machine malfunctions, diagnosing issues and implementing repairs.
3. Read and interpret drawings and blueprints; modify as necessary.
4. Install, maintain, and upgrade electrical systems including 3-phase motor control systems and AC/DC circuits.
5. Understand and service fluid power systems such as valves, cylinders, motors, and pumps.
6. Perform basic fabrication, including cutting and welding operations.
7. Maintain a clean and safe work environment following safety guidelines and ethics rules.
8. Maintain operational licenses for lift trucks and other material handling equipment.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• At least two years of trade school or equivalent experience in industrial mechanical or electrical work.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Mechanical aptitude with complex assemblies and precision measurements.
