Fox Trail Memory Care Living is a leading provider of memory care services, dedicated to creating supportive and enriching environments for individuals with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia. We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Associate to join our team and contribute to the well-being and comfort of our residents.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform hands-on repairs and maintenance tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, basic drywall repair and other general handyman duties.
2. Conduct routine maintenance tasks to ensure the overall functionality and safety of the facilities.
3. Participate actively in emergency response efforts, utilizing your handyman skills to resolve issues promptly and minimize disruptions.
4. Maintain and repair facility equipment, ensuring that all tools and machinery are in good working order.
5. Implement preventive maintenance programs to enhance equipment longevity and facility efficiency.
6. Work collaboratively with other staff members and departments to address facility-related needs and ensure a smooth operation.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Proven experience in general maintenance or technical roles.
3. Knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and/or technical systems.
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
