Maintenance Associates are the unsung heroes of the Blink team. They are dedicated to their craft, often seen zipping around the club with a vacuum, re-racking weights, and ensuring the bathrooms are spotless. Their work is vital to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

1. Ensure the sidewalk, entrance, front porch, and all training areas are impeccably clean.
2. Clean reception areas and offices to the Blink Company’s standard of excellence.
3. Stock locker rooms with necessary supplies and maintain cleanliness.
4. Keep all fitness areas clean, presentable, and ensure equipment operates properly.

Requirements

• Understanding of what constitutes a clean environment.
• Ability to identify dirty areas; keen eye for cleanliness.
• Ability to lift and move gym equipment weighing 15-20 lbs frequently and 45 lbs occasionally.
• Experience handling and using cleaning products.
• Organizational skills to keep storage areas orderly.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience with hand tools and cleaning equipment.
• Sense of urgency in completing tasks.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
