Job Description:

Maintenance Associates are the unsung heroes of the Blink team. They are dedicated to their craft, ensuring the club is clean and welcoming. Our Maintenance Associates are often seen zipping around the club with a vacuum strapped to their back, re-racking weights, and ensuring the bathroom is spotless.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the sidewalk, entrance, front porch, and all training areas are impeccably clean.
• Clean the reception areas and offices to the Blink Company’s standard of excellence.
• Stock locker rooms with all necessary supplies and ensure they are clean.
• Make sure all fitness areas are clean, presentable, and that equipment is operating properly.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of what constitutes a clean environment.
• Ability to identify dirty areas; eye for cleanliness.
• Able to lift and move gym equipment weighing 15-20 lbs frequently and 45 lbs occasionally.
• Experience in handling and using cleaning products.
• Ability to organize and keep storage areas orderly.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Work with hand tools and cleaning equipment.
• Act with a sense of urgency.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
