Job Overview:

Maintenance Associates are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and upkeep of the gym, playing a key role in creating a welcoming environment for both staff and members. They are often seen cleaning, re-racking weights, and ensuring facilities are spotless.

Responsibilities:

1. Keep sidewalks, entrances, front porch, and training areas clean and presentable.
2. Maintain reception areas and offices to company standards.
3. Stock locker rooms with supplies and ensure they are clean.
4. Ensure fitness areas are clean, equipment is operational, and spaces are organized.

Requirements:

1. Understanding of cleanliness standards.
2. Ability to identify dirty areas and maintain cleanliness.
3. Ability to lift and move gym equipment weighing 15-20 lbs frequently and up to 45 lbs occasionally.
4. Experience with cleaning products and equipment.
5. Organizational skills to keep areas orderly.
6. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
7. Comfort with using hand tools and cleaning equipment.
8. Sense of urgency in completing tasks.
9. Excellent verbal communication skills.
