This position will support operations through performing regular facility and equipment maintenance tasks necessary to support operations achievement of all focus five metrics and key results: Quality, Safety, Delivery, Profit and Customer.

Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, 10:00pm - 6:30am

Responsibilities

The functions and performance requirements vary depending on the area of the work, but generally the job responsibilities unique to this position could include all or a portion of the following:

• Performing general and preventive maintenance repair on various equipment required for day-to-day operations
• Painting, green frame construction, general appearance of facility, and replacement of lights/ballasts.
• At times position also includes set up and installation of equipment needed for day-to-day operations.
• Must be capable of working with outside service providers to schedule appointments for repair/maintenance when applicable.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Prefer 1+ years of previous maintenance experience
• General Maintenance Experience: Painting, bulb replacement, and minor repairs, various other mechanical and building infrastructure repair or maintenance
• Must have desire to complete technical training in related job functions
• Must be flexible to work extended hours when needed
• Must have good communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have excellent work ethic, attendance, and safety record
• Must be able to safely operate mobile equipment.
• Requires self-motivation and ability to work with minimal supervision, a strong work ethic and initiative
