Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking a Maintenance Associate in Florida to repair and maintain building facilities, ensuring guest satisfaction through timely and professional service.

The role requires at least 1 year in building maintenance, a high school diploma or trade school, and a valid driver’s license. You will perform plumbing, painting, electrical tasks and routine cleaning, while coordinating with the Facilities Manager on issues and checklists.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in building maintenance.
• High school diploma preferred or trade school background.
• Verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Experience dealing with facility issues and some woodworking skills.
• Valid state driver's license required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day facilities operations.
• Greet guests where applicable and maintain guest satisfaction.
• Maintain tools and equipment; perform minor repairs (plumbing, painting, electrical).
• Complete opening, on-going, and closing checklists.
• Inform managers of new maintenance issues promptly.
• Perform cleaning tasks as assigned to health standards.
• Return items and organize work/storage areas after shift.

Job Title:Maintenance AssociateDepartment:OperationsReports To:General ManagerStatus:Non-ExemptDate:November 2023Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour*This position is eligible to receive tips*Broad Functions: To repair and maintain all aspects of the building. These tasks are to be performed in a timely and professional manner to achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction.Main Duties and Responsibilities:Oversees the day-to-day operations of the facilities.Understand that our guest is our #1 priority.Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner (where applicable).Maintain all tools and equipment needed to do the job. This includes cleaning, organizing, small equipment repair, and maintaining all storage closets and work areas.Perform minor repairs, such as plumbing, painting, and electrical.
