Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform routine and minor maintenance and repairs in a timely and professional manner.

• Maintain positive and professional relationships with members, guests, vendors, contractors, and team members.
• Inspect facility spaces daily using checklists and communicate repair needs to management.
• Ensure all spaces are maintained to company standards and prepared for daily operations.
• Perform daily building and common area upkeep.
• Execute assigned preventative maintenance programs and maintain accurate records.
• Order parts and supplies while maintaining organized and cost effective inventory.
• Maintain engineering and maintenance areas to company standards.
• Support facility events and special projects as assigned.

We are seeking a dependable, detail oriented, and service minded Maintenance Technician who takes pride in delivering excellence and maintaining high standards across the facility.****Position Summary****The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the physical condition, safety, functionality, and overall appearance of the property. This role executes daily maintenance operations including interior and exterior upkeep, timely completion of work orders, preventative maintenance programs, and inventory control.**This position requires Tuesday - Saturday availability, with evenings and weekends required based on operational needs.
