Job description

Our Client, an Oilfield Services company, is looking for a Maintenance Associate for their Carmichaels, PA location.

Responsibilities:

1. The Maintenance Associate is responsible for performing maintenance activities according to the Maintenance Program and ensuring on-time delivery of equipment to meet operational demand.
2. Support initiatives to improve maintenance-related costs, efficiency, productivity, and asset availability within the Center of Reliability and Efficiency (CRE), Maintenance Base (MB), or Maintenance Center.
3. Perform assigned maintenance activities under the supervision of a Maintenance Supervisor or Maintenance Technician.
4. Maintain accurate maintenance data within Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) business systems, adhering to transactional discipline.
5. Comply with Schlumberger and division TLM standards.
6. Build and maintain competency in line with the TLM Competency Management System.
7. Participate in continuous improvement (CI) initiatives.
