Juniper Communities in Williamstown, NJ is hiring an Environmental Services Assistant to support daily operations in our senior living environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists in the day-to-day operations of the Environmental Services Department.
• Performs general maintenance duties such as painting, basic plumbing and electrical repairs, carpet cleaning, etc., as assigned.
• Maintains the Environmental Services Log and completes all work orders in a timely fashion.
• Able to operate a motor vehicle as required or assigned.

Role:

Assists Environmental Services Director in the day-to-day operations of the Environmental Services Department.

Responsibilities:

• Assists in the management of the day-to-day operations of the Environmental Services Department.
• Performs general maintenance duties such as painting, basic plumbing and electrical repairs, carpet cleaning, etc., as assigned.
• Assists in the maintenance of the Environmental Services Log and completes all work orders in a timely fashion.
• Works in a motor vehicle as required or assigned.
• Moves intermittently during working hours. Movement includes, but is not limited to standing, walking, sitting, pulling, lifting, reaching, carrying, pushing, climbing, kneeling, stooping, and twisting.
• Must be able to push, pull, move and/or lift a minimum of 50 pounds to a minimum height of 5 feet and be able to push, pull, move and/or lift such weight. Is subject to frequent interruptions.
