Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day Environmental Services operations.
• Perform maintenance tasks: painting, basic plumbing/electrical, carpet cleaning.
• Maintain the Environmental Services Log and complete work orders promptly.
• Operate a company vehicle as needed.
• Move and perform tasks including standing, walking, lifting, and reaching.
• Lift up to 50 pounds to a height of five feet; frequent interruptions.

Role: Assists Environmental Services Director in the day-to-day operations of the Environmental Services Department.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the management of the day-to-day operations of the Environmental Services Department.
• Performs general maintenance duties such as painting, basic plumbing and electrical repairs, carpet cleaning, etc., as assigned.
• Assists in the maintenance of the Environmental Services Log and completes all work orders in a timely fashion.
• Works in a motor vehicle as required or assigned.
• Moves intermittently during working hours. Movement includes, but is not limited to standing, walking, sitting, pulling, lifting, reaching, carrying, pushing, climbing, kneeling, stooping, and twisting.
• Must be able to push, pull, move and/or lift a minimum of 50 pounds to a minimum height of 5 feet and be able to push, pull, move, and carry such weight. Is subject to frequent interruptions.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma, preferred.
