Job summary

Juniper Communities in Bucks County, PA is hiring immediately for a Full Time Environmental Services Assistant. You will support the Environmental Services Director in daily operations and maintenance tasks in our senior living environment.

The role requires painting, basic plumbing and electrical repairs, carpet cleaning, lifting up to 50 pounds, and mobility throughout the shift. A High School diploma is preferred and a valid driver's license is required; overtime and holiday rotation apply.

Qualifications

• Experience with drywall and painting.
• High School Diploma preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Environmental Services Department.
• Performs general maintenance duties such as painting, basic plumbing and electrical repairs, carpet cleaning, etc.
• Assists in the maintenance of the Environmental Services Log and completes all work orders in a timely fashion.
• Works in a motor vehicle as required or assigned.
• Moves intermittently during working hours. Movement includes standing, walking, sitting, pulling, lifting, reaching, carrying, pushing, climbing, kneeling, stooping, and twisting.
• Must be able to push, pull, move and/or lift a minimum of 50 pounds to a minimum height of 5 feet and be able to push, pull, move and/or carry such weight.
