Hours: On-site, Temporary Project

Schedule: Monday through Saturday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Location: St. Louis, MO

Dates: 07/15 - 08/18

Pay Rate: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Job Duties:

1. Assist in the turnover process in all units.
2. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and maintenance in the interior and exterior areas of the property and proactively communicate any problems to the appropriate party.
3. Examples of duties include:

• Picking up trash on the grounds
• Watering flowers, plants, and shrubs
• Swimming pool maintenance/cleaning
• Sweeping, blowing, or pressure washing breezeways, parking lots, and common areas
• Completing other tasks as directed and assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and write English fluently.
• Must be able to frequently walk and occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must be able to lift/move loads up to 50 lbs and use a ladder.
• Must live within 30 miles of the property and have reliable transportation for on-call duties.
