Job summary

Crystal Pines Rehabilitation and Health Care Center is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to support the maintenance team in keeping the facility safe, clean, and compliant with applicable codes.

The role requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication, and prior maintenance experience in healthcare settings. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, with opportunities for growth and competitive benefits through Tutera.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior maintenance experience in LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial laundry, housekeeping, and maintenance procedures.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform the activities of the maintenance department to ensure environmental compliance with Federal, State and Local codes.
• Maintain the facility to be sanitary, attractive, and in good repair, free from hazards related to electrical, plumbing, ventilation, heating, and cooling systems.
