Qualifications

• Experience operating a Ford F-450 truck with trailer is preferred.
• Must own a smartphone and have reliable daily transportation.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude; willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist with general cleaning and upkeep of buildings and grounds.
• Support trash and debris removal.
• Help with seasonal tasks (shoveling, lawn care).
• Deliveries and hauling as needed (heavy lifting).
• Assist maintenance supervisor with daily tasks and property needs.
