Elm Grove Companies is seeking a Maintenance Technician Level 2 to support daily maintenance operations at managed properties in Rochester, NH. This entry-level role suits dependable, hands-on individuals eager to grow technical skills in property management.

You will assist with preventive maintenance, repairs, unit turnovers, and service requests to keep facilities in excellent condition. Valid driver’s license and own tools are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years general maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry).

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and painting.
• Respond to resident service requests with courteous communication.
• Inspect buildings, systems, and grounds for maintenance needs and safety concerns.
• Assist with apartment and office turnovers, including cleaning, painting, and fixture replacement.
• Maintain tools and supplies in good working condition; report shortages or repair needs.
• Support snow removal, landscaping, and seasonal maintenance as needed.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance emergencies.
• Adhere to safety policies, procedures, and company standards of conduct.
