Qualifications

• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and work independently with attention to safety.
• Commitment to safety, regulatory compliance, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist with routine maintenance tasks across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Maintain exterior grounds, landscaping, lawn care, and snow removal.
• Inspect equipment such as elevators, generators, and fire safety systems.
• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and replenish as needed.
• Collaborate with nursing, housekeeping, and administration to address maintenance issues.
