Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with routine maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC and carpentry repairs.
• Help maintain exterior grounds such as landscaping and snow removal to ensure safety.
• Perform regular inspections of equipment like elevators and fire safety systems.
• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and reorder as needed.
• Collaborate with nursing, housekeeping and administration to resolve maintenance issues.
