Job summary
Dover Center for Health & Rehabilitation, an affiliate of National Health Care Associates, is hiring a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) in Dover, NH. You will deliver compassionate, personalized care, assist residents with activities of daily living, monitor health, and collaborate with the care team in a welcoming, award-winning environment.
We offer a $1,500 sign-on bonus, base pay $20–$24 per hour with differential up to $28, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Qualifications
- Valid state Nursing Assistant License (LNA) is required.
- Compassionate and empathetic by nature.
- Interest in nursing the aged and chronically ill with ability to work with both.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming).
- Monitor and record vital signs.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
- Assist with mobility and transfers.
- Collaborate with nursing team to develop care plans.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
