Job summary

Milestone Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to perform general maintenance, prepare rooms, and inspect the building daily to ensure safety and comfort for residents.

The role offers hourly pay of $25.00 and benefits including Medical, dental, vision, 401K matching, DailyPay, and opportunities for career advancement. Candidates with vocational training in a skilled trade and hands-on experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Vocational training in skilled trade or other relevant training preferred.
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry and AC repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance work on a daily basis.
• Prepares resident rooms for new occupants by painting, cleaning carpets and general maintenance.
• Conducts daily inspections of the building interior, exterior, and ground equipment.
• Assists with preventative maintenance program.
