Milestone Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to perform daily maintenance tasks and prepare spaces for new occupants. The role involves inspecting the building, assisting with preventive maintenance, and ensuring a safe, well-maintained environment for residents and staff.

The position offers hourly pay of $25.00 with a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K, DailyPay, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Vocational training preferred.
• Experience in electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry and AC repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance work on a daily basis.
• Prepares resident rooms for new occupants by painting, cleaning carpets and general maintenance.
• Conducts daily inspections of the building interior, exterior, and ground equipment.
• Assists with preventative maintenance program.

Duties

Perform general maintenance work on a daily basis

Qualifications

Vocational training in skilled trade or other relevant training preferred

Experience in electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry and AC repairs etc.

Experience with general upkeep of commercial building
