Milestone Health and Rehabilitation in Colorado is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join our team and help ensure safe, well-maintained living environments for residents.

You will perform daily maintenance, paint and prep rooms, inspect building interiors and exteriors, and assist with preventative maintenance. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, DailyPay, and career advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Vocational training in skilled trade or other relevant training preferred.
• Experience in electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry and AC repairs etc.
• Experience with general upkeep of commercial building

• Perform general maintenance work on a daily basis.
• Prepares resident rooms for new occupants by painting, cleaning carpets and general maintenance
• Conducts daily inspections of the building interior, exterior, and ground equipment
• Assists with preventative maintenance program
