The Northbridge Companies is seeking a Maintenance Assistant for a full-time role in Farmington, NM. The position runs 8am-4pm with rotating weekends, contributing to a safe, comfortable living environment for residents and staff.

You will perform a variety of maintenance tasks, fix issues, and work with the Maintenance Director to address system problems. Training is provided, and opportunities for growth exist within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience fixing things is a plus, but training will be provided.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance helps prevent problems.
• Ability to work with others in a team setting.
• Detail-oriented and capable of solving problems carefully.
