Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance tasks preferred.
• Experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Facility maintenance: cleanliness, safety, and general order of building and grounds.
• Repairs & upkeep: minor fixes such as filters, plumbing, carpentry.
• Equipment management: proper care of tools and equipment used for maintenance.
• Customer service: provide compassionate service to residents, families, and team members.
