Formación

• Ability to read safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Changes air conditioner/heater filters as scheduled/needed.
• Performs routine maintenance and basic repairs.
• Uses pressure washer and electrical tools when appropriate.
• Maintains electrical outlets and light bulbs; replaces wiring as needed.
• Assists with routine cleaning and minor carpentry tasks as directed.
