Job description

Job Title: Maintenance Assistant

Location: West Jefferson, OH

Duration: 06 Months

Labor scope of work

1. Cleaning electrical rooms: providing a clean and organized workspace, broom sweeping, restocking shelves, and disposing of old equipment.
2. Cleaning and changing filters on VFD drives: performing preventive maintenance by replacing filters for ceiling vents.
3. Reading meters to monitor stabilized pressures, reporting leaks or issues as directed by the maintenance lead.
4. Inspecting fire extinguishers: ensuring they are in good condition, not expired, and properly pressurized, with reports on service dates.
5. Testing safety showers and eye wash stations: verifying proper operation and flushing if needed.
6. Cleaning roofs and roof drains: removing debris and ensuring no blockages.
7. Repairing toilets and sinks: replacing batteries and sensors in touchless dispensers as needed.
8. Grounds cleanup: removing large debris from grounds, with clarification needed from Bill if applicable.
9. Assisting with HVAC filter changes: replacing filters on rooftop units.
10. Cleaning equipment such as air handlers, towers, and chillers: checking gauges, pressures, and proper operation.
11. Cleaning mechanical rooms and tunnels: maintaining cleanliness and organization, removing debris and miscellaneous supplies.
