Key Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs and maintenance on building structures, systems, and equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and other mechanical equipment.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to building and safety codes.
• Regularly inspect the facility for safety hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Respond to maintenance requests and work orders from staff and residents.
• Monitor and adjust heating, cooling, ventilation, and other environmental systems to maintain a comfortable and safe environment.
• Oversee proper disposal of hazardous materials and manage waste systems.
• Maintain the grounds of the facility, including landscaping, snow removal, and parking lot maintenance.
