Elevate Care is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to support our maintenance team in keeping our facilities safe, clean, and well-maintained. You will assist with routine repairs, perform minor repairs, and help maintain high safety and cleanliness standards.

The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, basic technical skills, and a proactive approach to maintaining a positive environment for exceptional care.

Qualifications

• Experience in Maintenance or a related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Maintenance Operations: Assist with routine repairs, preventative maintenance, and facility upkeep to ensure our environment is secure and comfortable.
• Troubleshooting: Help diagnose issues and perform minor repairs under the guidance of the maintenance team.
• Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness throughout the facility.
• Inventory Management: Assist in tracking and organizing maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with maintenance staff and other departments to support timely and efficient service.
