Elevate Care in South Holland, IL is seeking a hands-on Director of Maintenance to oversee our facilities and HVAC systems, ensuring safety, efficiency, and a welcoming environment for residents and staff.

You will lead the Maintenance Department, develop preventive maintenance programs, manage budgets and resources, and mentor a team of maintenance professionals while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in facilities or maintenance management, preferably in healthcare or senior care.
• Strong HVAC knowledge and technical expertise in building systems.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills with a focus on teamwork and accountability.
• Experience with budgeting, planning, and project management.

Responsabilités
