Full-time opportunity with a pay range of $19–$24 per hour, dependent on experience. Responsibilities include routine maintenance, on-call coverage, and assisting with painting projects to enhance facility appearance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Rotating on Call Schedule

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities.


• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC.


• Read and interpret schematics to assist in diagnosing problems.


• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities


• Assist in residential painting projects to enhance the appearance of facilities.


• Provide excellent customer service to internal teams and external clients.


• Supervise junior maintenance staff or interns when required, providing guidance and leadership.


• Participate in center on call rotation with Facility Maintenance Director
