Role Overview

As a Maintenance Assistant, you will support our Maintenance Department by maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment, adhering to company policies. You will assist with the operation, repair, and maintenance of boilers, compressors, generators, HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems, and other equipment, complying with all relevant standards.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience with boilers, compressors, generators, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring schematics, etc.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and maintenance practices
• Licensing in accordance with applicable standards and codes
• Ability to plan and execute repair programs, new constructions, and equipment installations
• Ability to manage budgets for labor and materials

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a healthcare facility
