Fundamental within Round Rock, Texas, seeks a Maintenance Assistant – Painter/Floor Tech to support San Gabriel Rehabilitation and Care Center and Falcon Ridge Rehabilitation and Care Center. The role covers painting, floor care, scrubbing, and general maintenance tasks to help keep patient areas safe and welcoming.

• Minimum a High School Diploma or GED required.
• Knowledgeable on various mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems; HVAC certification a plus.

• Reliable source of transportation and valid driver’s license required.
• Maintenance experience preferred; especially in a healthcare facility.

Maintenance Assistant – Painter/Floor Tech

Works at both San Gabriel Rehabilitation and Care Center and Falcon Ridge Rehabilitation and Care Center. Responsible for painting, floor care, scrubbing, and general maintenance duties as needed.

Position Summary

The Maintenance Assistant plays a key role in ensuring that our grounds exceed the expectations of our patients and their families while they are in our care.

Posted Salary Range

USD $19.00 - USD $20.00 /Hr.

Wage Commensuration

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

Duties & Responsibilities
