Responsibilities include:
  • Performing general maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, fire and sprinkler systems, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and equipment repair.
  • Understanding and applying Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).
  • Maintaining walls, floors, doors, windows, furniture, and woodwork.
  • Basic painting and room repairs, including cleaning carpets.
  • Handling plumbing repairs (sinks, toilets, bathtubs).
  • Electrical work within units and common areas.
  • Painting apartments and common areas.
  • Maintaining carpets, flooring, and furniture.
  • Completing work orders promptly and documenting safety issues and deficiencies.
  • Assisting in preventive maintenance and vehicle cleaning.
  • Responding to emergencies and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred; at least 18 years old.
  • 1-3 years of related experience or training.
  • Knowledge of building maintenance, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Preferred knowledge of fire suppression and irrigation systems.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
