Southern Hills Specialty Care, a 90-bed long-term care skilled nursing community in Osceola, IA, is now hiring a Maintenance Staff on a part-time schedule.

Join our compassionate care team across Iowa. You’ll perform routine maintenance, monitor building systems, maintain outdoor areas, assist with cleaning, and support safety inspections while helping create a home-like atmosphere for residents.

• Ability to multitask and complete assignments timely.

Responsibilities

• Complete routine maintenance and repairs to keep the facility safe, clean, and comfortable.
• Monitor and maintain building systems, including heating, cooling, and equipment.
• Maintain outdoor areas, walkways, and grounds, including snow/ice removal as needed.
• Assist with heavy cleaning, floor care, and facility upkeep when needed.
• Follow safety policies and support inspections and preventative maintenance.
