Southern Hills Specialty Care in Osceola, IA is seeking a part-time Maintenance Staff member to keep the facility safe, clean, and functional. You will perform routine repairs, monitor building systems, and assist with grounds maintenance, snow removal, and general upkeep for a home-like environment.
