Care Initiatives in Panora, IA is seeking a Maintenance Staff member for Panora Specialty Care. This full-time day-shift role focuses on routine maintenance, repairs, and creating a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.

You will monitor heating/cooling and building systems, assist with cleaning, and support safety inspections while upholding a home-like atmosphere and compassionate service values.
