Job summary

Azalea Health Center by Harborview is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to help uphold a safe, well-maintained facility for residents and staff. You will be responsible for routine and preventative maintenance, ensuring life safety compliance, and handling work orders to keep the building in excellent repair.

We offer a positive work environment with opportunities to support survey readiness, safety and environmental regulations, and general maintenance tasks across the site.

Qualifications

• Experience in drywall, taping, painting, and proficient with the use of power tools.
• NFPA knowledge and experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building maintenance is a plus.
• Availability to respond to emergency maintenance needs as required.
