Job summary

Oakmont Gardens in California is seeking a Temporary Maintenance Assistant to support the community’s daily upkeep and safety. You will handle general maintenance tasks, respond to service requests, and assist with small repairs.

Responsibilities include painting, refurbishing projects, routine preventive maintenance, and completing work in priority order set by supervision. The role runs Monday–Friday 8:30am–12:30pm with wages of $22–$27 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read and understand English.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Strong inter-department communication and teamwork.
• Experience administering employee incentives, retention and training programs.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products.
