Job summary

Meadow Falls of North Royalton in North Royalton, Ohio is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to support ongoing renovation and improvement projects throughout our building. This hands-on role is ideal for a skilled maintenance or construction professional.

Responsibilities include flooring and lighting installations, general maintenance and repairs, and maintaining safe, organized work areas. The position starts immediately and primarily weekdays, with weekend shifts available as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with flooring and lighting installations.
• General knowledge of carpentry, light electrical, and renovation work.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Tools preferred but not required.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
