Pennswood Village is a senior living community in Newtown, PA, seeking a Full-Time Maintenance / Security Assistant for the evening shift (3:00 p.m.–11:30 p.m.). The role combines general maintenance with campus safety to support residents, staff, and visitors, with a competitive benefits package.

Position requires performing maintenance tasks, responding to emergencies, monitoring safety, and assisting with snow removal and security investigations as needed.

• Ability to work in varying weather conditions.

Pennswood Village, a senior living community in Newtown, PA, is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance / Security Assistant to join our Facilities team.

This position combines general maintenance responsibilities with campus safety and security support. The Maintenance / Security Assistant helps maintain a safe, secure, and well-maintained environment for our residents, employees, and visitors.

The Position

• Perform general building and maintenance assignments throughout the community
